How booking works
- Send us your dates, the number of guests, and the kind of stay you want (sea view, walking distance to restaurants, seclusion, family capacity).
- We personally verify each availability — online calendars don't always reflect the real situation.
- Within 24 hours you receive a personalized selection matching your request.
Pricing and taxes
Rates are quoted per week in US dollars (USD). A minimum stay applies depending on the season. A 10% service fee and a 5% tourist tax are added in accordance with local regulations.
Concierge included
Every rental booked through Sun Beach House includes basic concierge support: airport transfers, fridge stocking on arrival, introductions to private chefs or spa therapists, and reservations at the island's most sought-after restaurants. À la carte services are billed separately.
