Frequently asked questions
The minimum stay varies by season: typically 7 nights in high season, 14 nights during Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving and Bucket Regatta. In low season, shorter stays can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Rates are quoted per week in US dollars (USD) and include use of the villa, water, electricity, wifi, and end-of-stay cleaning. A 10% service fee and a 5% tourist tax are added in accordance with local regulations.

Cancellation terms are detailed in the rental agreement and vary by villa and season. Full conditions are sent before signature, and we systematically recommend cancellation insurance for stays during premium periods.
Yes. Basic concierge support is included with every rental booked through Sun Beach House: airport transfers, fridge stocking on arrival, introductions to a private chef, spa therapist or driver. À la carte services are billed separately.
We welcome you in person at the villa for the walkthrough, key handover and orientation. If your flight arrives late, a delayed welcome can be arranged. Transfers from SBH airport or by boat from Saint-Martin are organized on request.
