Rates are quoted per week in US dollars (USD). The displayed prices do not include the 5% tourist tax or the 10% administrative fee, which will be added to the total rental amount. The villa rate includes occupancy of the property as well as the services provided by the owner: water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping service, except on Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping services during these days can be arranged on request and will be billed separately at the client's expense. Access to the laundry room and use of washing machines are not included in the standard rental. This service may be available upon request only and will be subject to additional fees at the client's expense. The price also includes our personalized concierge service, available before your arrival, throughout your stay, and until your departure.
