Methodology

Source: the seasonal rates of the 158 rental villas in the Sun Beach House portfolio in Saint-Barthélemy, taken from our catalogue on October 21, 2026. Figures are medians: half of the villas cost less, half cost more.

For each villa and season we keep the highest weekly rate listed, which is the whole villa at peak dates. When a villa lists one rate for Christmas and another for New Year, the higher of the two (usually New Year) is used. The bedroom count is the largest configuration offered.

Rates are in US dollars per week, before the 10% service fee and the 5% tourist tax. Villas priced in euros (8) are excluded. The festive-to-low multiplier is the median of each villa’s own ratio (155 villas). Figures based on fewer than 5 villas are not published.
