The JSA villa is a sublime luxury property located in the Lurin district. The architecture is inspired by Creole houses and consists of several bungalows, each serving a different function, all oriented towards the heart of the house: the large deck terrace and its perfectly integrated infinity pool. No effort is required to enjoy a swim.

Close by, comfortable sun loungers await you to perfect this delightful moment. The view is simply incredible. You overlook the hill while the sea stretches as far as the eye can see. You can barely distinguish the pool water from the color of the horizon.
In a prime spot, the shaded and ventilated dining area can accommodate 6 guests. 

Just like the kitchen table, extending from the central island for truly convivial moments. A wine cellar allows you to store your best vintages. In front of you, a painting with tropical colors... but wait a minute, no, it’s not a painting but a glass opening onto an authentic green wall.
All of this is real. The style is decidedly contemporary and high-end. No detail has escaped the decorator’s attention to ensure you as much comfort as aesthetics. Only two “vintage” objects decorate the property, a pinball machine and a foosball table.
For some, they evoke another era, for others happy memories, but for all, good times of entertainment and laughter. 

The bedrooms also offer all the comfort and equipment you could hope for. Just a few minutes from your villa, you are in Gustavia. You appreciate the lively atmosphere blending the charm of the Antilles and French luxury.
Yachts are part of the scenery and the extravagance of such a small island. Unique, the experience continues in one of the many restaurants for a culinary escape or a wild night out.
