An idyllic reunion spot, the villa is located in the highly sought-after and confidential Domaine du Levant, in Petit Cul de Sac.
The immensity of the house means it can accommodate 7 couples in the utmost comfort and tranquility.
There's a bungalow for every room, and relaxation areas all over the property.
You won't have enough time in a day to experience all the lounges, gazebos, terraces, sunbathing areas...and other nooks and crannies dedicated to farniente and conviviality.

Two swimming pools add to the villa's luxury and comfort. One is on the front terrace, the other on the back.
It's a magical place, too, because it's so secluded from the neighborhood. So you have an extraordinary panorama all to yourself! It's truly unique.
There are few places where nothing can disturb your serenity.
So you can share many moments with your family, while still allowing yourself the rest and relaxation you desire.
The house is of recent construction and designed to benefit from the trade winds throughout the day. The living spaces are very pleasant and always well ventilated.

All 7 rooms have a different charm but the same level of equipment. All have air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds and safes.
Three of them have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
Sports enthusiasts will be delighted to have access to a private tennis court right at the entrance to the estate. Kayaks are also available for exploring the beauty of the lagoon.
Likewise, you can't leave St. Barts without visiting one of the island's secret treasures: the natural pools, right next to the property. Take someone who knows the area with you, for safety and to make sure you find them!
