The estate comprises two independent residences—one with three bedrooms, the other with six including children’s and staff quarters—crafted from enduring materials such as Balinese bangkirai wood, Congolese iroko screens, and sculptural concrete, softened by lush tropical gardens. Outdoor life takes center stage with two dramatic infinity pools stretching toward Marigot Bay, serene reflecting basins, expansive terraces, and shaded lounges. Equipped with 120 solar panels, the property combines sustainability with timeless design, creating a rare retreat where art, nature, and Caribbean elegance converge in perfect harmony.

Villa Ti Manoir features its own air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen designed for everyday convenience and seamless service across the property.
